Set health and fitness goals to stay motivated, and check your progress throughout the day.
- Tap the You tab .
- Scroll down to Goals and click See all.
- Choose the desired goal in the list and click on it to edit.
- Edit the value of the desired goal and click Set Goal.
- On the fitbit.com dashboard, hover your cursor over the bottom of the tile you want to adjust. For example, to change your weight goal, hover over the bottom of the weight tile.
- Click the gear icon .
- Adjust your goal information. To delete your weight goal, click Delete goal Done.
- Click Save or Done to confirm your changes.
- Tap the Today tab , and tap Devices .
- Tap your device image.
- Tap Main Goal, and choose your goal.
- On the fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon .
- Click your device image.
- Click Main Goal, and choose your goal.
To begin, your goal is to take 10,000 steps per day. Choose to change the number of steps, or pick a different activity goal depending on your device. When you reach your goal, your Fitbit device flashes and vibrates.
