What's Fitbit’s return and warranty policy?
What's Fitbit's warranty?
For questions and troubleshooting assistance for your Fitbit device, visit our help site. If your device is found to be defective within the warranty period, it may be eligible for replacement. For our full warranty terms and conditions, see our Return Policy and Warranty. Australia customers, click here.
An extended warranty called the Fitbit Protection Plan (FPP) is available for purchase with certain Fitbit products purchased in the United States from fitbit.com. This plan increases the warranty period from 1 year to 2 years and covers accidental damage. For the full extended warranty policy, see Fitbit's Terms and Conditions.
Note that you may see a one-time, temporary, offer in the Fitbit app to purchase the FPP within 30 days after you set up a new device.
How do I return my Fitbit device?
For countries that have products available through the fitbit.com store, purchases are covered by our return policy. To view the return policy for your region, see our Return Policy and Warranty. At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you purchased your Fitbit device or accessory elsewhere, contact the retailer to find out the return policy.
Customers in the United States can initiate a return with our return tool. Customers in other countries should contact Customer Support for help.
