How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
The time on your Fitbit device may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings.

If you changed time zones and the time on your device is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone in the Fitbit app is correct.


- In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab

- Turn off the Set Automatically option.
- Tap Time Zone and choose the correct time zone.
- Sync your Fitbit device.
- If the time is still incorrect, log out of the Fitbit app, and then log back in before syncing again.
