Fitbit Flex™ is a high performance, wirelessly connected tracker in a flexible and comfortable wristband format.

You can access all of Flex's stats on your smartphone or computer.

What does Flex track?

Flex tracks your daily:

  • Steps taken
  • Distance traveled
  • Calories burned
  • Sleep time and quality

Flex also features a silent alarm that gently vibrates to wake you up.

Can I set goals with Flex?

The LED indicator lights tell you how close you are to reaching your activity goal. For information on how to set, change, and check your goal, see How do I change the activity goal on my tracker?

What is the Flex made of?

Flex comes with one large and one small wristband made of a flexible, durable elastomer material similar to that used in many sports watches. It does not contain latex. The clasp is made of surgical-grade stainless steel. Though all stainless steel contains traces of nickel and may cause an allergic reaction in someone with nickel sensitivity, the amount of nickel in all Fitbit products meets the European Union's stringent Nickel Directive.

See our Wear and Care page for cleaning instructions and care tips.
