How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?

To see the time on your Fitbit device, turn your wrist to wake up the screen. With Fitbit Versa 2, you can also turn on Always-On Display to keep the time visible.

How do I adjust screen wake settings?

Adjust this feature directly on your wrist or in the Fitbit app depending on your device.
  • On-Device

    If your device isn't listed below, see the instructions to turn off this feature in the Fitbit app.

    • Ace 2, Charge 3 & Inspire series

      Press and hold the button and tap Screen Wake.

    • Blaze

      Swipe to Settings > Quick View.

    • Ionic & Versa series

      Swipe down from the top of the screen, and tap the quick settings icon User-added image. In the quick settings screen, tap the screen wake icon User-added image to adjust the setting. 

      • When you set Screen Wake to Auto (Motion), the screen turns on each time you turn your wrist.
      • When you set Screen Wake to Manual (Button), press the button to turn on the screen.
  • Fitbit app
    1. Tap the Today tab User-added image, and tap your profile picture.
    2. Tap your device image.
    3. Find the option to turn off Quick View.

    1. From the fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon User-added image > your device image.
    2. Find the option to turn off Quick View.

Can I keep the clock display on?

To keep the clock visible at all times on Versa 2, turn on the always-on display setting. 
  1. Swipe down from the top of your watch and tap the quick settings icon User-added image
  2. In the quick settings screen, tap the Always-On Display icon User-added image.

Note that turning on Always-On Display impacts your watch's battery. When Always-On Display is turned on, Versa 2 has a battery life of up to 2 days.
To adjust what’s shown on the always-on display clock, open the Settings app User-added image > Always-On Display > Customize.
 
  
Clock StyleChoose between a digital or analog clock face.
Status barTurn on the battery indicator.
Core StatsShow your progress toward 2 core stats of your choice.
Off-hoursSet the display to turn off during certain hours.

Always-On Display automatically turns off when your watch's battery is critically low.
