To see the time on your Fitbit device, turn your wrist to wake up the screen. With Fitbit Versa 2, you can also turn on always-on display to keep the time visible.
How do I adjust screen wake settings?
Adjust this feature directly on your wrist or in the Fitbit app depending on your device.

If your device isn't listed below, see the instructions to turn off this feature in the Fitbit app.

Press and hold the button and tap Screen Wake.

Swipe to Settings > Quick View.

Swipe down from the top of the screen, and tap the quick settings icon
. In the quick settings screen, tap the screen wake icon
to adjust the setting.
- When you set Screen Wake to Auto (Motion), the screen turns on each time you turn your wrist.
- When you set Screen Wake to Manual (Button), press the button to turn on the screen.

- Tap the Today tab
, and tap your profile picture. - Tap your device image.
- Find the option to turn off Quick View.

- From the fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon
> your device image. - Find the option to turn off Quick View.
Can I keep the clock display on?
To keep the clock visible at all times on Versa 2, turn on the always-on display setting.
- Swipe down from the top of your watch and tap the quick settings icon
. - In the quick settings screen, tap the always-on display icon
.

- To set off-hours when the always-on display display automatically turns off, open the Settings app
> Always-On Display > Customize.
Note that turning on always-on display impacts your watch's battery. When always-on display is turned on, Versa 2 has a battery life of up to 3 days.
Many clock faces have their own always-on display mode. If a clock face doesn’t have this feature, you see the default always-on display clock face. To adjust what’s shown on the default always-on display clock, open the Settings app

To exit the always-on display and interact with your watch, turn your wrist toward you, press the button, or double-tap the display.
