Exercise goals in the Fitbit app help you track your weekly workout routine and stay motivated. For exercise recommendations, see the American Heart Association’s article.
What is my exercise goal?
The American Heart Association recommends at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity at least 5 days per week. Your Fitbit exercise goal represents the number of days per week you want to exercise. By default, your goal is 5 days per week. Any exercise captured in your exercise history counts towards your goal.
