A silent alarm uses vibration to gently awake or alert you at the time specified. You can set up to eight silent alarms to occur once or on multiple days of the week. All Fitbit trackers except Fitbit Zip™ support silent alarms.

  • Fitbit.com dashboard
    1. Log into your fitbit.com dashboard.
    2. Click the gear icon in the top right corner.

To dismiss an alarm:

  • Alta—Double tap the tracker.
  • Blaze—Tap the on-screen check mark or press the Select button (lower right).
  • Flex—Double-tap the tracker. You'll know the alarm is dismissed when the middle light appears and slowly fades.
  • One, Force, Charge, Charge HR—Press the tracker's button.
  • Surge—Press the button next to the Dismiss indicator (x).
Blaze and Surge offer snooze. On Blaze, tap the on-screen Snooze indicator (zzz) or press the Action button (upper right). On Surge, press the button next to the Snooze indicator (zz). The alarm will go off again in 9 minutes.
