Choose your device for more information.
To factory reset your device:
- Connect Ace 2 to the charging cable. For Inspire and Inspire HR, skip to step 2.
- Open the Settings app > Clear User Data.
- When prompted, press the screen for 3 seconds and release. When your tracker vibrates and the clock screen appears, your data is erased.
Note: For Ace 2, if you don't see the option to Clear User Data, close the Settings app and reopen it while Ace 2 is connected to the charger. The option should appear.
Note that Aria Air doesn't store personal data.
To erase Aria:
- Remove the batteries.
- Wait 10 seconds, then reinsert them.
To erase Aria 2:
- Remove the batteries.
- Press the small button directly above the battery slots.
- While pressing the button, reinsert the batteries. Be sure to press the button for at least 10 seconds.
- Return the cover to the battery compartment and press down until it’s secure.
To factory reset your device:
On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.
Erase Fitbit Flyer to clear all paired devices from memory and set the language for voice prompts and notifications to English.
After erasing Flyer, pair the headphones to any device you want to use. For more information about pairing devices to Flyer, see How do I connect Flyer to my audio devices? To erase Flyer, press the following buttons in this order:
- Up
- Down
- Up
- Down
- Up
- Select
When the erase is complete, the LED flashes white 5 times and Flyer turns off.
