What is the Fitbit Flex?

Fitbit Flex™ is a high performance, wirelessly connected tracker in a flexible and comfortable wristband format.

You can access all of Flex's stats on your smartphone or computer.

What Flex tracks

Fitbit Flex tracks your daily:

  • Steps taken
  • Distance traveled
  • Calories burned
  • Sleep time and quality

Flex also features a Silent Wake Alarm that gently vibrates to wake you up.

Setting goals with Flex

Set fitness goals with Fitbit, and the Flex's LED indicator lights will show you how close you are to achieving your goals when you tap the wristband twice. Each LED indicator light that illuminates represents 20% progress towards your daily goal.

When you reach your goal, Flex vibrates and its lights illuminate.

Sleep goals are different than regular fitness goals, and you will not receive physical tracker celebrations for meeting a sleep goal. Refer to Sleep tracking FAQs for more information.

Flex comes with one large and one small wristband made of flexible, durable elastomer material that is comfortable enough to wear all day. It also includes one stainless steel clasp used to fasten the wristband.
