The time is incorrect on my tracker's display

If the time of day on your tracker is wrong, make sure your timezone setting is correct and that your tracker has synced since the timezone was modified. Your tracker should automatically adjust for Daylight Savings Time (DST), but if it hasn't done so, also double check that the timezone is correct and sync the tracker. To do so:

  1. Log in to your dashboard and click the gear icon in the top right corner.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Personal Info page and modify your timezone.
  4. After saving your changes, force sync your tracker:
    1. Click the Fitbit Connect icon located near the date and time on your computer.
    2. Click Sync Now.
