How can I track my Fitbit order?

When you place an order through fitbit.com, you receive an email with your confirmation number and order summary. When your order ships, you receive a second email with your tracking number. Click the tracking number in the email to see additional information regarding your order, such as estimated arrival date and shipping progress, and sign up for delivery notifications.

Note: If you placed your order on the Google Store, learn how to track Google Store shipments.

To check the status and tracking number of your order on fitbit.com:

  1. Go to fitbit.com.
  2. Click the account icon  My Account  My Orders.

Note that it can take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update. If it’s not updating, your carrier may have an issue with its shipping status system or may be experiencing service disruptions causing a delay. Additionally, if your package was recently shipped or was sent to an address outside the United States, tracking may not be available.

Occasionally, a carrier will mark a package as delivered before it arrives at the final destination. When this happens, the package is usually delivered within the next few business days. Contact the carrier for additional information about your package's location.

Why do I see a duplicate or pending charge on my credit or debit card?

When you order a Fitbit device, we charge your card when we ship your device. However, you might notice a pre-authorization of funds immediately after purchase. Pre-authorizations are typically removed when the full transaction processes; however, some pre-authorizations may take up to 10 days to be removed. If you have questions about a pre-authorization or pending charge, contact your bank. If you still have questions after speaking with your bank, contact Fitbit Customer Support with the following information:

  • Screenshot or photo of the charges as they appear on your credit or debit card statement
  • Card brand
  • Billing address
  • Order number
  • Date and time of charges

Note: If you placed your order on the Google Store, learn about temporary replacement charges.
