When you place an order through fitbit.com, you receive an email with your confirmation number and order summary. When your order ships, you receive a second email with your tracking number. Click the tracking number in the email to see additional information regarding your order, such as estimated arrival date and shipping progress, and sign up for delivery notifications.

To check the status and tracking number of your order on fitbit.com:
- Go to fitbit.com.
- Click the account icon My Account My Orders.
Note that it can take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update. If it’s not updating, your carrier may have an issue with its shipping status system or may be experiencing service disruptions causing a delay. Additionally, if your package was recently shipped or was sent to an address outside the United States, tracking may not be available.
Occasionally, a carrier will mark a package as delivered before it arrives at the final destination. When this happens, the package is usually delivered within the next few business days. Contact the carrier for additional information about your package's location.

Louisiana: Louisiana use tax is due on any purchase, unless it is specifically exempt, where sales taxes may not have been charged at the time of purchase. There is no exemption specifically based on the fact that a purchase is made over the internet, by catalog, or by other remote means. Pursuant to Louisiana law, use tax liabilities must be paid annually on the individual income tax return, or through other means as may be required by the secretary’s administrative rule.
Puerto Rico: Purchases are subject to Puerto Rico sales and use tax. Pursuant to Puerto Rico law, sales and use tax liabilities should be filed, reported, and paid on the Import Declaration and Tax on Imports Monthly Return forms.
Choose free shipping if you want to ship a Fitbit tracker or watch to a PO Box or US military address. Military addresses include APO, DPO, and FPO addresses.
Fitbit can’t ship scales or provide overnight or expedited delivery to PO Boxes and US military addresses.
Note: Google Store orders can't deliver to military (APO & FPO) and non-residential addresses, such as PO boxes or mail forwarding service addresses.

When you order a Fitbit device, we charge your card when we ship your device. However, you might notice a pre-authorization of funds immediately after purchase. Pre-authorizations are typically removed when the full transaction processes; however, some pre-authorizations may take up to 10 days to be removed. If you have questions about a pre-authorization or pending charge, contact your bank. If you still have questions after speaking with your bank, contact Fitbit Customer Support with the following information:
- Screenshot or photo of the charges as they appear on your credit or debit card statement
- Card brand
- Billing address
- Order number
- Date and time of charges
