Graph showing health metrics

1. Know your body better with health metrics. In certain regions, track health metrics including breathing rate, heart-rate variability, and resting heart rate in the Fitbit app to help you identify changes in your well-being like increased stress, fatigue, or potential signs of illness.

For more information, see What should I know about health metrics in the Fitbit app?

Note: Skin temperature tracking is only available on Google Pixel Watch 2.

2. See your estimated oxygen variation. Track an approximation of the changes in your blood oxygen saturation levels in the Fitbit app. Your blood oxygen saturation level is the percentage of your blood that’s saturated with, or contains, oxygen.

For more information, see How do I track my estimated oxygen variation in the Fitbit app?

Oxygen saturation tile

3. Estimate your blood oxygen saturation. Google Pixel Watch 2 uses sensors to estimate your blood oxygen saturation while you sleep.

Note: Blood oxygen saturation tracking is only available on Google Pixel Watch 2.2

For more information, see How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?

Atrial fibrilation

4. Assess for atrial fibrillation. With the Fitbit ECG app, assess your heart for atrial fibrillation (AFib)—a heart rhythm irregularity—and share the results with your doctor.3

For more information, see What is the Fitbit ECG app?

Sleep score

5. Catch some Zzz’s. Based on your heart rate, time asleep and restlessness, your nightly sleep score helps you better understand how you slept. For best results, make sure your watch is charged to at least 30%, and turn on Bedtime mode (swipe down from the clock face  Bedtime Mode icon Bed time mode icon) before you go to sleep, which dims the screen and preserves battery.

For more information, see What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?

High heart rate notification 6. Get heart-rate notifications.

Your heart rate is a key indicator of health, so stay informed when Google Pixel Watch 2 detects that your heart rate is unusually high or low.

For more information, see How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device?

Stress management score and mindfulness tiles 7. Manage your stress.

Your stress management score in the Fitbit app can help you see how your body responds to stress based on your heart rate, sleep, and activity level data.

For more information, see How do I track and manage stress with my Fitbit device?

Relax app with the time remaining in the session 8. Take a breather.

Practice guided breathing with the Relax app on Google Pixel Watch 2. Log how you feel afterward to track your stress over time.
