How do I pair Flyer to a device?

Put Flyer in pairing mode to connect the headphones to a new device. In the future, Flyer automatically attempts to connect to this device if it's near the headphones when you turn them on. If this is your first time setting up Flyer, press the Power button and skip to step 2:

  1. Press and hold the Power button on Flyer for 4 seconds, and wait until the LED pulses blue.
  2. Open the Bluetooth menu on your device, and choose Flyer. You hear a notification through the headphones letting you know Flyer and your device are paired.

Note: If you release the Power button before Flyer is in pairing mode, Flyer turns on, but won't pair to your device. If Flyer doesn't enter pairing mode, turn it off by holding the power button for 1 second, and try this step again.

To automatically switch between 2 connected devices:

  1. Pause the audio or end the call on your first device.
  2. Play the audio or answer the call on your second device.

To manually switch between 2 connected devices:

Why isn't Flyer connecting to my device?

If you have trouble connecting Flyer to a device, verify the following requirements:

  1. Flyer is near your device. If Flyer and your device are connected but audio doesn’t play, press the Up button on Flyer to turn the volume up while music or other audio is playing.
  2. Both the device and Flyer are powered on.
  3. Your device is Bluetooth-enabled and Bluetooth is turned on. Some devices disable Bluetooth when low on power, so make sure your device is charged.
  4. Flyer is paired to the device. To confirm, open the Bluetooth menu on your device and check if Flyer is listed. If it's not listed, follow the instructions in How do I pair Flyer to a device?
  5. Flyer can connect to 2 devices at the same time. If 2 devices are already connected, try temporarily turning off Bluetooth on 1 of the connected devices, then turn Flyer off and back on.

If you still can't connect Flyer to your device, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Open the Bluetooth menu on your device, and find Flyer in the list of devices. Tap Flyer in this list while the headphones are powered on.
  2. If Flyer still won’t connect to your device, tap to forget Flyer on your device so the headphones no longer appear in the Bluetooth menu.
  3. Try to pair Flyer again. Follow the instructions in How do I pair Flyer to a device?
  4. If pairing didn't work, restart both your device and Flyer, and repeat step 3.
