​​How do I change the units of measurement in my Fitbit account?

Adjust the type of units used for your height, weight, water consumption, temperature, and swims.
Note that for Fitbit Aria Air you can tap the button on the back of the scale to switch between pounds, stones, or kilograms.

Fitbit app
If you sign in with your Google Account
  1. Tap the Today tab , and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Fitbit settings  App Settings  Units.
  3. Make your changes.
If you sign in with your Fitbit login
  1. Tap the Today tab , and tap settings .
  2. Tap App Settings  Units.
  3. Make your changes.

For Aria 2, you can also change the units shown on the scale:

  1. Tap the Today tab   Devices   your scale icon.
  2. Tap Weight Units.
  3. Choose the units you want the scale to show your weight in. The next time you sync your scale, you’ll see your weight in the units you select. You may have to weigh yourself twice before you see the units update.

  1. From the fitbit.com dashboard, click the settings icon   Settings  Personal Info.
  2. Under Advanced Settings, find Units and choose the type of units you want to use.
  3. Click Submit.

For Aria 2, you can also change the units shown on the scale.

  1. From the fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon   your scale icon.
  2. Click the button next to Scale Units.
  3. Choose the units you want the scale to show your weight in. The next time you sync your scale, you’ll see your weight in the units you selected. You may have to weigh yourself twice before you see the units update.
