Fitbit Connect allows you to set up and sync your Fitbit Zip, One, or Flex tracker. It also provides access to troubleshooting resources. To get Fitbit Connect, go to www.fitbit.com/setup, then click the "download here" button.
To use the application right-click on the Fitbit Connect icon. On PCs this is located in the system tray; on Macs it is located on your toolbar next to the date and time. Click Open Main Menu.
From the Main Menu, you can do the following:
- Set up a new Fitbit device: Set up your tracker if you have not already paired it to a Fitbit account (or if you have a replacement tracker).
- Sync now: View your current stats by immediately sending any new information gathered on your tracker to your Fitbit account.
- Check for device update: Check for updates that may be available for your device and update your tracker when updates are available.
- Troubleshooting: Find online help via manuals, help articles, community forums, and direct access to customer support. If you are having trouble with your tracker, customer support may ask you to export logs, which you can do from here.
