During a wireless sync with your tracker, your iOS device may encounter issues when managing multiple Bluetooth connections at once. You may experience interruptions in either your tracker syncing performance or in any consistently streaming Bluetooth connection (e.g. Bluetooth headset, car kit, stereo audio, tethering, or file transfers).
If you want to reduce the chance of wireless syncing from the Fitbit app interfering with current Bluetooth activity, follow these steps:
- If the Fitbit app is open, press the Home button on your device
- Double-tap the Home button on your device to show your open apps.
- Swipe up to close the app.
When you're ready to sync your tracker again, open the Fitbit app and your tracker will start syncing.
