I washed my tracker

Washed Zip

If you washed your Zip tracker:

  1. Unlock your Zip's battery door and remove the battery.
  2. Place your tracker into a bowl of dry rice for 24 hours. This will extract any moisture that remains inside the device.
  3. After your tracker has been in rice for 24 hours, put a dry battery back into the Zip and lock the door. If the screen turns on, you should be back on track.

If you find that this does not revive your Fitbit Zip,  email support.

Washed One

If you washed your One tracker:

  1. Place your tracker into a bowl of dry rice for 24 hours. This will extract any moisture that remains inside the device.
  2. After your tracker has been in rice for 24 hours, attempt to restart your tracker.
  3. Plug your tracker into the charging cable, which needs to be connected to your computer. Please make sure that the gold dots on your tracker align with the gold contacts in the inside of the charging cable.
  4. Hold down the button on your tracker for 10-12 seconds.
  5. Remove the tracker from the charging cable and press its button until the screen illuminates. If the screen turns on, you should be back on track.

If you find that this does not revive your Fitbit One tracker,  email support.

Washed Ultra

  1. Place your tracker into a bowl of dry rice for 24 hours. This will extract any moisture that remains inside the device.
  2. After your tracker has been in rice for 24 hours, place it on the base station.
  3. If the screen illuminates, you should be back on track.

If you find that this does not revive your Fitbit Ultra, email support.
