How do I charge my Ultra?

Last updated: Sep 22, 2013 01:41PM

Charge your Fitbit Ultra tracker by placing it on a plugged-in base station.

It should take between one to two hours for a Fitbit Ultra tracker to fully charge from an empty battery.
You can charge your Ultra more frequently for shorter amounts of time to ensure the battery never completely empties.

Your Ultra's battery should last a minimum of 3 days between charges.
Most users find that their Ultra's can go for 5-7 days between charges.

To check the battery level on your Ultra, plug your base station into your computer then place your tracker onto the base station. The battery level icon will illuminate on your tracker's display.

You can also see your battery level from your Dashboard by clicking the gear icon in the upper right corner of your Dashboard. The battery level and recorded at the time of your last sync will appear next to the image of your device.
