How does the Active Score work?

Last updated: Jan 28, 2014 03:07PM
The active score captures how active you are over the course of a day.

Unlike your calorie burn stats, your active score captures your activity levels only and is independent of your height or weight.

Your score will be 0 if you have a completely sedentary day, and it will increase as you become more active throughout the day.

On new dashboards the active score has been replaced by active minutes. Click here to learn more.
