How do Lifetime Stats, Best Stats, and Rank work in My Achievements?

Last updated: Feb 13, 2014 01:39PM

The My Achievements area summarizes what you've accomplished since you first set up your Fitbit. These stats are based on data from your tracker and any activity records you may have.

The Lifetime view tells you how many steps you've taken, how many floors you've climbed and the distance you've traveled since you first paired your tracker to Fitbit.

Your lifetime calories and active score are currently not available; we're sorry for the inconvenience.

The Best view tells you on what day you had the most steps, the most floors climbed, the greatest distance you've traveled, the most calories you've burned and your highest active score.

The Rank view is meant to show you how you stack up to the entire Fitbit community. Rank is not working at this time.

To ensure that your stats are accurate and up to date, sync your tracker frequently.

Sorry about that.
