My One's display isn't turning on

Last updated: Apr 15, 2014 04:18PM
To turn on the Fitbit One's display, press and hold the button on your tracker for 4 - 5 seconds.

If your One's display will not  illuminate, please do the following:

  1. Make sure that the gold contact points on your tracker align with the gold contacts on the charging cable, and let the device charge for at least an hour.
  2. Make sure that your charging cable is plugged into a working USB port.
  3. After charging your tracker, press and hold the button on its display button for 15 seconds, leaving the tracker plugged into the charging cable.
  4. Take the tracker out of the charging cable and hold the display button for 5 seconds.
If restarting your tracker does not fix the problem contact Customer Support.

Press the button on your tracker to move through each of the six displays:

  • Steps
  • Distance
  • Calories burned
  • Floors climbed
  • Flower (which grows and shrinks based on your recent activity)
  • Clock
Sorry about that.
